Criminal Charges against Boyajian

Sometime in late 2006, I was contacted by a representative of the Califormia Bar Association reference my complaint to the California State Attorney's office (much the same as this report). I was requested and agreed to testify in person at a bar hearing.
About a week before I was to depart, the Califormia Bar Association representative called to tell me the Bar hearing was off . . . as the State of California was prefering criminal charges against Boyajian.
