Boyajian Law Offices Boyajian Law Office again using Verizon scam, here's how you can win Rutherford New Jersey

Recently the mother of a friend of mine started receiving calls and letters from Boyajian's office, claiming that she owed $200 for a Verizon bill. Seeing as this woman is 75 years old and has never owned a cell phone, I immediately recognized it as one of Boyajian's typical schemes and advised her to do the following:

--cease all verbal communication with Boyajian's inept operators
--send a ?cease communications' letter, return receipt requested, giving Boyajian 30 days to provide proof of debt or immediately halt all communication
--file complaints with the IL attorney general and the FTC, claiming violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act

I would recommend these steps to anyone posting here who has been harassed by Jackie's merry band of drug addicts. Most if not all of the regular posters here have followed these steps and have never heard back from him. If you look at the entries on this page, there is basically no activity for November, December and January??..which was also the same time frame that Boyajian was being investigated by the state AGs of both New York and Connecticut for violations of the FDCPA. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. He laid low for a few months but can't resist the lure of easy money, and has started sending out threatening letters again, trying to scare little old ladies into sending him a check. Spread the word and help me put this crook in the hospital. I won't be satisfied until the fat little rat stresses out and has a major coronary to experience some of the pain he's visited on others.
