Charles Lee also known as Charles Boyd is a down and out Criminal, Liar, and thief! He has stolen $72,500 of my life savings and refuses to give it back! This money was for 2 separate real estate deals that not only did he not do his proper homework on, but then further botched the deals, then took my money! One deal was a 218 townhome complex in Calhoun Georgia and another deal was a 137 room motel in Indianapolis, IN. I have several other deals that he has screwed up as well and he has my money on them as well. This guy is a professional crook and also has major anger issues. My fault was that l should have insisted the money to be put into an escrow account. Do not deal with this moron, the authorities already have his name from several of his past clients including myself.
THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL LENDERS AND ANYONE WHO WAS THINKING ON DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS MORON. STAY AWAY!
YOU WILL BE MIXED UP WITH THE AUTHORITIES IF YOU DO AS THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THIS LYING THEIVING A******.
