I was sued on one of those phony Brachfeld debts they were collecting for some junk debt buyer.
Found information at Ripoff Report.com & BudHibbs.com that led me to a consumer lawyer.
Brachfeld sent some kid into court claiming to be an expert.
He pissed off the judge for lying under oath, the judge awarded me $12,000 made Brachfeld pay my attorney fees.
I never thought this would happen, urge everyone to fight these bastards. ALl they did was heap more lies on top of more lies. My lawyer thought their witness was whacked out on drugs.
Brachfeldis all talk, thanks Brachfeld, we paid off all our bills, went to Vegas for a nice weekend on your dime.
Hope more people do this, it works.

I attempted to research this on Justia and PACER. I saw only 19 cases in CA for all district courts and NONE of them envolved anyone with a name of Danny B. There is one case for a woman who's last name began with a B. Is this you?
