In late May I purchased a book (electronic) on search engine optimization through Brad Callen. The company uses websites clickbank.com and seolite.com. I should have known the company was a scam as there is no street address or phone number. The website says there is 24 hour customer support but that is a lie as well.
When you go to purchase one of Brad Callen's products, you are promised a downloadable file. That file contains an .exe file. I worry about those but downloaded it anyway. Nothing.
I tried emailing customer service (there really is no one you can talk to) and their email customer support is as slow as molasses on a cold January day.
I asked for a refund. Still nothing.
It's been over a month. This is a total scam. AVOID clickbank.com and Brad Callen
