My wife purchased an item from this company a month before Valentines Day, and received tracking information. She tried to track the order but the tracking information was no good, it said not found in Fedex System. She called Bradford Exchange to find out what was going on, she was told that her card was declined but the bank shows it was in fact charged, we were told that they would have to wait 30 days before proceeding with any claim. It didn't take them 30 days to take the money from her card yet they refuse to do anything. From all appearances the product never shipped. Three employees were rude to her, and when I went on the line I let them know that this is wrong on so many levels. They are unwilling to do anything to correct what is their mistake or problem but they take money they didn't earn which makes me ask who they are supporting, TERRORISM or other Anti-American groups.
To take someones money and not give them their product is a rip off and I believe the Federal Government needs to look into the finances of Bradford Exchange and what connections they may have to illegal activity.
