I was shocked to be charged $179.80 in a matter of a couple of months after the first package was sent to me. I immediately called their customer service line. They were rude and very unhelpful. I told them to cancel any future billings, etc. When I received the new box, I obtained all the information to send back to the company. I sent it 2-3 day delivery from the post office. Two weeks later, the company keeps saying they "never received the package" so they will not refund the $179.80. If they did not receive the package, I would have received the package back.
Every time I have called the company, they have excuses and could care less that I don't want this product. In my opinion, this is an absolute scam. They will do whatever they can to keep your money! I will report them to the better business bureau and everywhere I can find to report this company.

Step 1: Important! Please first call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-213-4101 (M-F 9A-7P EST or Saturday 9A-4P EST) for your prompt Refund of the product price, and for a Return Authorization Code to return the product.
Step 2: Send product to address below. Please include your name, address, email, phone number, and Return Authorization Code (that we provide). Credits may take up to 45 days to appear on your credit card statement from time of receipt.
