Brainhost.com or Brain Host.com Apparent Fraudster & insincere-worker who won't resolve Google Adsense Site-help Austin Texas

This Brainhost.com SEO is the most "tricked" affair. I have owned one of the websites I paid them 705 dollars to "put-together". I'm NOT supposed to be billed by-them "further"
   But I am getting MAIL through the U.S.P.S. local Post Office that says: "otherwise"
-They charged-me an "exceptional" fee for it. And(instead) of the billings 'CEASING"-THEY "FARMED-ME-OUT" TO A Salt Lake City, UT. company "called" SEARCH ENGINE SUBMITTER
who wants another $500 BEYOND a program from the SAME COMPANY,that: Brainhost is "pitching" another fee to me of another $199 dollars for a similar program ALSO from Search Engine Submitter of Salt Lake City,as well!!
                 This site "promises-you" (Brainhost.com) Google Adsense "placement & leasing by Adsense on the site they "build" for you--but; they can't deliver-it-"claiming" thier "Tutorial" they e-mail to you "does-it-all"--it doesn't! In-fact: Some of the Tutorial Information is out-of-date or it is too old! They THEN promise-you(when Google holds-up
 thier approval of the site Brainhost "guarantees" for you)-another COMPETITOR of Google Adsense--who "likely" won't approve the site Brainhost "built-for-you",either!
                               On TOP of "it-all"; I noticed the HEADER of the site Brainhost "supposedly" sold-me; is written-in some kind of DOS machine language--a "sure-sign"
    The Site they sell-you is "ridiculously unprofessional" & A SCAM of the "worst-order"!
