On 9/10/2009- I ordered OEM 05 Dodge Dakota 2wd Front Brake Rotors & Front Pads. When ordering the items I made sure to ask the salesperson & was assured by that person that the parts were original manufacturer Chysler parts as stated in their website. When my mechanic opened the box - he said the items were not Chylser OEM parts. In addition, the mechanic could not tell if these unidentified car parts from CHINA & unknown company name Pronto was the right parts for the car. The mechanic said he would not install these parts. When I returned home, I immediately went on the internet with all intentions to get my money back. I found out the website for Brake Part was no longer available. I called the only telephone number available on the dead website - the person who answered said the company is out of business but took my name and telephone number. [continued below]....
