General Business Practices at Braman BMW and Mini are to encourage service advisors to add additional unnecessary repairs to vehicles whether they are warranty related or customer pay.

If a vehicle is covered by the manufactures warranty,then Braman management team pressures advisors to write illegitimate complaints on the repair order just to milk the warranty on the vehicle.

Service Manager, JC Gonzalez and Jorge Roucco often have weekly meetings in which they pressure advisors to do what they call ( find a repair, dont just write it for oil service if thats what it came in for )

If a service advisor would just write a vehicle for regular schedule maintenance,Mr Jorge Roucco would print a copy of the repair order and draw a huge ( ? ) mark and say ( haven't we talked about this already ?? find a repair now !!!! ).

You might want to consider mailing a copy of your Ripoff Report to Mr. Braman so he knows what is allegedly transpiring at the BMW dealership.

You can 'Google' this- BRAMAN MOTORS MIAMI, and go to the related websites in order to get the address. It is possible that Mr. Braman could be cruising on his yacht, so don't expect to hear from him right away.

You can also 'Google' this- BRAMAN'S YACHT KISSES, and go to the related websites in order to see a picture of his yacht named 'Kisses'.

After reading all of this Customers comments and doing some research on Braman Motors I came across a complaint/law suit filed by a former Employee-Service Advisor in Miami Circuit Court case #2012-42466-ca-01 against Braman for Whissle Blower.

The complaint alleges that Braman Motors management team pressures Service Advisors to add additional and unnecessary services and repairs on top of what the car originally came in for,specially if the vehicle is still under the manufacturer warranty.Then Braman summits the cost of this repairs to Bmw Of North America for reimbursement.

The complaint alleges that because of this unlawful practice BMW Of North America ends up paying for unnecessary repairs and sometimes not even performed.



I wonder if anyone has experienced this conduct on behalf of Braman when reviewing the repair order after picking up their vehicle.

Can you please explain how we can refer to the public records case # 2012-42466-ca-01 and pull it up from the Clerk of Courts in Miami?

I tried going to the Miami-Dade County- Clerk of Courts website, but was unsuccessful in accessing any information in regards to the case number above.
