BJ Cooke is to be avoided... at all cost.  He is a fraud and a liar.  He deals in time share deals and is totally unethical!!  He uses (or has) RCI's name as a leader for his phone id.  It shows up as RCI points ICW.  He is not with RCI!  However he has all their letterhead, books, forms, etc. and represents himself as RCI.  He apparently has access to a lot of the information about unsuspecting victims where their RCI membership and their points are concerned.  He affiliates himself with different resorts, as a management company for them and fraudulently re-sells foreclosed time shares.  Nothing he says is true, he totally misrepresents everything he says!!  There should be some kind of red flag system to where any resort he approaches to do work for, could know to run, run very fast.  Do not let him near your files, letterhead, paperwork, anything!

I've contacted RCI and they requested paperwork of his dealings, but it turns out they are only interested in their initials being used for the phone number.  They are not concerned with the scam or what's been committed.  Sunset Harbor Resort was his employer at the time, they are also the ones that received the money from Bank of America, but they want no part of the responsibility either.  I'm sure I'm not the only person that became his victim, nor will I be the last if he is not stopped.  Speaking of B of A, that's another saga in itself.  That has got to be the most ridiculous financial institution I've ever encountered.  But I've already seen the number of 'ripoff' reports on them, so I won't elaborate except that they are absolutely pitiful, uncooperative, and deserve their lousy reputation.

If anyone should be interested enough to need proof, I have a lot of original paperwork in BJ Cooke's handwriting.  All his promises, lies, misrepresentation, etc.  I was able to tuck it away when he left the desk for a minute and it was getting late and he slipped up and I kept it.
