I spoke to a person named Robert Cambell from Bravo Entertainment for clown services at my only Daughter's First Birthday on March 1st 2014. He agreed to come to the party in ELMO charater and has asked me to send money through PayPal. I have sent him the money on the same day (Jan 28 2014) and called back to confirm that everything is good and final. I have also sent an email confirming the paypal transfer. ROBERT CAMBELL (jim) has told us that he has added our event to their calendar and they will be there. We have also discussed about activities during the show.
I have tried calling them 15 days (two weeks) before the event as I did for all other arrangments we made like Hall, Decoration, Food, DJ services, Goody bags to kids, Center Pieces, photographers. This guy - ROBERT CAMPBELL (jim) - never picked up the phone. I have left him a message to call back. No CALL BACK. [continued below]....
I have called a day after and left them a message again. NO CALLBACK.
Based on my conversation with him on the day of paypal transfer, ROBERT CAMBELL (jim) guy has told me that, he never needed a reminder or call back. He said - he will be there at the event on the specified time. Based on that, I have laid back a little bit and trusted that this guy will show up.
I have called all the other party services guys again a day before (Hall, Decoration, Food, DJ services) including BRAVO ENTERTAINMENT Company. As usual no answer or no call back. I have called them like 10-15 times out of nervousness and left them a message stating all my information including paypal transfer and the timing of the event. He never called back. This time my wife told me that they usually be busy with other parties and will be definitely coming to the party based on their calendar.
On the day of the event (March 1st 2014), I have called them again with the same result. NO RESPONSE. NO CALLBACK. My guests started to arrive. Since I have to look after all the other arrangments, I have asked my friend to call these people with still some hope that they will come.
When my friend called them from his phone, they picked up the call at the first attempt hoping to RIP OFF another customer with false promises. Unfortunately, it wasnt the case for them. First he started saying that thet got any money from me. During the conversation, he changed the words and said - he will manage to send someone, we agreed and asked to come. And again, he changed his word said - that he cant help. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE. Finally, ROBERT CAMBELL of BRAVO ENTERTAINMET COMPANY has agreed that HE TOOK MONEY and HE DID NOT SHOWUP.
We want our Daughter's First Birthday to be perfect and a memorable one. All the kids at the party were bored and we had to do some fun activites by ourselves to engage the kids. No matter how much we spent, it was this one bad choice has ruined our entire party.
Finally, beware of these guys - ROBERT CAMBELL of BRAVO ENTERTAINMET COMPANY ( 856-404-349 ). Their Business Principle - TAKE MONEY - BLOCK THE CALLER - DONT RESPOND - NO SHOW UP
