I've never seen so much incompetence and immaturity from a property management company before in my life. Karen the manager at the SUMMERWIND Townhomes in Wilmington, CA has got to be the most childish person I've ever met. She tries to talk to me like I'm a child which is really amusing to see her tantrums she throws. She first complained to me about my satellite dish being mounted on the roof. I told her I got it approved for installation before and after it was installed by the assistant manager the day of. All of a sudden 3 months later, this lazy ass lady decides to take a walk around the complex and sees my satellite and then calls me to demand me to remove it and that its not part of policy. I even payed for extra attachment so that it will clamp to the eave which is not technically the roof. When I pointed that out to her, she ran to her office and grabbed my lease agreement and tore through page by page to tell me that its policy that it can only be on a tripod and that its a violation. Actually its not part of the lease because its on a separate paper not included in the lease, I told her that and she through a tantrum.. Thought the girl was gonna cry.haha. Funny thing is, theres like 15 other tenants that dont use tripods and drilled the satellite into the wall, but I'm the only that got threats that I would get notices for that violation.. My reaction to her F*** Y**.. its still up right now.. This place has a massive flea and all types of other bug infestations. This manager swears that they have pest control company that services that place.. I got massive flea bites on my feet and I dont have a pet. I"ve been trying to get them to service my place but that chick KAREN holds a grudge. I got bit all over my feet on my patio and the walkway to my front door and now I have scars. Even the maintanence guy doesnt like walking through my walkaway because it smells like dog SH** and the fleas.. Not to mention a Sh** load of stray cats on the premises that carry the fleas.. This place by far the most unsanitary housing facility I've ever seen. The staff is so nice when your applying and then you sign that Lease.. Its like you signed your life away. Its like they dont know you all of a sudden. I refuse to pay rent anymore. I'm just waiting for them to serve me papers for a lawsuit and eviction. I got something for that A**.. Too be Continued..
