Once they had our money, it was almost impossible to get them on the phone. The delivery date for our puppy changed constantly. He was being flown in from Chicago to a city in Canada. We had given up on ever receiving the puppy when they finally got back to us with a legitimate delivery date.
We took the puppy to the vet the next day, as requested by the company to ensure the guarantee. The dog had displasia in the back left leg and we were told he would need surgery within a year upwards of $1600. and there was no guarantee he'd recover fully.
The company did not stand by their guarantee and simply disappeared. We did not receive any compensation and are stuck with a lame dog. We love the dog but would never recommend this company to anyone. These ladies are scam artists.
I read the comments from the laday who loved her dog - the one whose friend is a celebrity. I'd say the name got the service.
