IT MEANS YOUR ORDER WAS SHIPPED.
You use the tracking number on the shippers website to locate the shipment in transit as well as who signed for it when delivered.
based on the response from the employee - you were not available to sign for it, so they left a delivery attempt notification on the door -It was up to YOU to either pick it up or schedule a new delivery - which it appears YOU NEVER DID
THAT'S YOUR FAULT - NOT THEIRS.

The package was shipped on 2/5/09 to Elizabeth Frazier in Boca Raton, FL. A notice was left for her on 2/9/09 to pick it up or call for a redelivery date. It was returned back to us as unclaimed on 2/23/09. We are in the process of waiting for a response from her letting us know if she wants a refund or the package reshipped.
