John, your such a liar.... The District Attorney for Carroll County, MD REFUSED to prosecute the case against me because you were so full of sh*. You didn't win anything. I have every forum review saved and I will spam the internet with reviews if you don't just shut the f* up. I have work documentation showing that I was on the clock at the time your dumpster caught on fire. I'm guessing it caught on fire due to all the oil you are disposing of improperly. Your such a piece of sh* and I promise you I won't call the cops if you'd like to see me 1 on 1. Just come knock on my door. I don't need a peace order for protection, I promise. Stop being a little crying b*ch and grow up.  Get f* John

OK, since we are in the spirit of what is nice and decent, I will give this 1 last attempt...line by line.

-No where did I take anyones side, I was simply pointing out in my first post how ridiculous this whole thing was....over a car. Not even a decent car at that (in my opinion).

-I don't care if I had $4k or $40k in this "mess"...was it worth it? My point is , sometimes you gotta cut your losses and "write-em off"...as a businessman should be well aware of this idea.....even though you may have been right, and eventually won...did you turn a profit? How many countless hours did you have in this. How much damage did your business reputation take? I live over 1000 miles away, and am well aware of your business...and not in a positive way. Even if you were 100% in the right, you could have handled this A LOT differently. 

-Yes I did read everything I could find from both of you, it become such a cluster f*&^, it wasn't even remotely sure what was what, except; Brent is a troll, and you (allegedly) overreact horribly , and fell into his trap over & over & over & over ..........

-Trolls, well they troll. Easiest way to beat them, don't feed them. If they get no response from you, they have nothing to go on. After awhile he becomes a tard arguing with himself. The worst thing you could have done, was exactly what you did (in my opinion)....kick, scream, yell, sue, arrest....makes it look like you have something to hide. Had you just ignore him from day one, ya, your reputation may have took a hit on a couple forums; but who cares? Most people on these forums were never gonna buy from you to begin with, and besides; forums come and go.

The proof is in the pudding. He is in prison and he stole my identity as well as many other felonious criminal activities. The only reason I responded to you the way I did is because I am sick and tired after 8+ months of this crap and still people are sticking their nose in and voicing their opinions on things they know nothing about and continually continuing the bashing and false accusations and false and wrong point of views based on non factual things.

Yes by the way...this was over nothing. You don't have to believe it but that is the Gods honest truth. Not my attorneys, not the judges we went in front of while we prosecuted Brent Rudacille including the states attorneys office for the state of MD, not his girlfriend or anyone else could figure out why he, as you say "went nuclear".

Isn't it funny how there is no response from me at all except what my attorneys wrote as a follow up to Brent's slander? So you are only doing what everyone else has been doing. Listening to his BS and reacting off of what he has said. You never heard my side of the story so yes I got mad at you for satin what you did because I view it as another attack. Another false accusation. Another person with a wrong view spreading inaccurate things about me slandering me and my reputation even further and that S.O.B. is in prison! WTF?!!!

It is absurd and I am tired of being nice concerning this situation. You said we both dug our heels in and I need to correct you on something. I did not dig into anything because I had not responded for nearly 6+ months later while the online assaults nearly took over my life! After I had my identity stolen by Brent, being kicked off of many forums because of him for things I never did and the list goes on. I finally started (after winning my court cases) getting these hate blogs he started removed one by one. For some I have to get a court order to do so.

I will say it again...look at his past. This is not the first he did this to someone. He trolls for fun. Look at MY REPUTATION before Brent...perfect. How do you explain that? Years of 100% perfect customer satisfaction and never a complaint at all and all of a sudden out of no where people are to believe that I am this type of person he is saying I am? It doesn't add up! Use your brain. So do you honestly believe I don't have a right to be furious after being wrongly accused by everyone, having my family strewed into this by that jerk, months of being threatened, having my identity stolen by Brent, being bullied, stalked and harassed at my shop and house even after we got a court ordered peace order that says he is to stay away, my dumpster set on fire, loss in business, physical confrontations by people Brent cohersed into doing, and the list goes on etc over things I have never done or said and your telling me I don't have a right or reason to respond to you or anyone else after months and months and months of abuse; the way I have? Get real! I have had enough! You don't know me so dont judge me. I don't care about your smell test. Your just another ignorant lemming just following the crowd without knowing all the facts. Don't even judge me until you walked a mile in my shoes. You don't know the facts. If you can figure out why Brent acted like he did I'll give you a shiny dollar because no one else can figure out why. Some people are just hateful people looming for someone to devour. But until then stick your nose somewhere else because I dont need this. The bastard is in jail and jerk offs like you are still keeping it going. So don't tell me I am acting out of the norm. I am acting like anyone else who is being harassed would. Would you be acting any differently if you had all this happen to you for no good freaking reason at all?

I think not. I don't know you and you could be a nice person for all I know but look at things from my point of view. He is in prison and I am still being wrongly accused. First off, I didn't accuse you of anything. My point was that both of you allegedly dug your heals in and went nuts over a car....a stupid hunk of metal that is probably rusting away in a junkyard as we speak...but whatever. The two of you made more of a scene over that car than I've seen some people make over their children in a divorce.

Second, look how you verbally abused me there...and multiple times. You insulted my intelligence more than once, and some veiled reference to my loyalties?  I assume this John, because it follows the flavor of post's I've read that have been allegedly spewed from your "brain". That little rant above definitely follows your alleged psycho-dysfunctional ramblings. Get a grip bra.... So you expect everyone to believe that Brent just went out all on his own, super-psycho-style, just to make your life a living hell over a car deal allegedly gone sour? Couldn't have had anything to do with the way you talk down to people, or generally treat them like dirt? Which, by the way, verbally abusing people on the internet is so very Christ-like of you... allegedly. Since you decided to step in the ring with a heavy weight, which you will regret, allow me to throw down the gauntlet. I'm calling this "situation" out as total BS, in my opinion. There is no way in heaven or hell that this is all over a car...a $4k one at that...allegedly. So what's the real story John, why Brent go nuclear on you like that? Drugs? Women?....Men.....? Ok first off to the gentleman who wrote a review above this one. I understand you wrote what you did based on only "Brent's" false facts being given. So I forgive your ignorance.

Now first off you said "John just give him back the car"...well that's hard to do...you know...when we didn't have the freaking car! Oh gee...I guess Brent didn't tell you that?...hmm what a shocker (cough,cough). I had his car for a few days while I was installing another clutch for "free". For the next few weeks after the car was finished he refused to pick it up. I guess he omitted that too. Starting to see a pattern here yet? Since I have the board let me continue. After telling the BBB he won't take the car, then telling his girlfriend no to taking the car who was begging him to; right in front of my attorney, refusing to take the car in writing online (as he was gloating how he made fake charges against me and taking the car would require him to drop the fake charges) and then refuse to take the car in front of my business partner. Did know thy either did you.

I guess you didn't know that it wasn't till after I had my attorney file criminal charges against Brent did he finally take and pick up the car. Afterwards he commented on how wonderful the car was and how good my work was! Open you eyes up a bit and stop speaking out like a lemming because you just made yourself sound like a fool. You wanted to pass judgement on me without knowing all the facts and now you look like the dumb one. Brent is in prison where he belongs and I have finally been vindicated.

Yes Brent Rudacille is a bully and he is nuts! I am not the first person he has done this too either. Do your research there genius! You'll find he did te same thing to his old landlord but tried to ruin their apartment building by unleashing cockroaches in there. Have you read Brent's "6" page long felonious criminal and prison filled record? No you didn't did you?

Did you know that rotten S.O.B. stole my identity too? No! You didn't! There is a tremendous amount more I could tell you but I won't. Just know you are wrong and like many others you too just wrongly accused me!

You are so quick to say "give him back his car" without finding out all the facts first! Do you not think I tried to give him his car back? What about when he got the car back he continued to write contradicting stories in different forums. Check the forum dates and you'll see what I say is true. How can he "have" the car in one forum and I "won't" give him the car back in another forum? Brent Rudacille played everyone for a fool and far too many people believed and listened to his sqauking.

So I am sure you are a nice guy and all but you are wrong. I never refused him his car and the time I had it i was replacing his clutch.

On another note, going this route will get you nowhere. This shop files legal claims against customers and it's very bad for business. Read the reviews and form your own opinion, its a very entertaining read :)
