Brett Dabe Raving Developments Excuses, Lies and Fraud West Chester, Ohio

I would like to publicly thank you for your acknowledging my concern and again want to say how sorry Iam that you feel victimized over this situation. ITs a shame that small business owners get so taken advantage of.

i was one myself for many years and I was taken advantage of more than I care to mention. It puts a bad taste in your mouth and causes real trust issues for companies who may really be legit. I believe Brett has good Intentions, he wouldn't deliberately hurt anyone. But his promises get him into trouble and that's the soul reason behind our divorce. To many promises and not following through on them. 

I pray he follows through on whatever agreement he made with you. I wish There was something I could do to help. im in a much better place in my life and moving forward. I hope he does what he promised you. best of every thing in your business.

Thank you for a response to clear up the situation.  I am glad
that you have moved on with your life and like I said before I wish you
the best.  I actually didn't mean for your picture to come up first in
the post; it put yours first based on the order I uploaded the
pictures.  I do not believe that Ripoff Report allows me to change,
alter or remove my post (they reserve the rights and ownership of the
post), but I will definitely go on the record here and say that my
dispute is with Brett Lewis Dabe and I no longer believe that any blame
lies with you, Robyn Wright.  I will attempt to have your picture and name removed or
this post deleted (and I can re-post about Brett), but unfortunately I don't believe this is possible.  I wish the best for you going forward! 
 

Well I fully respect your being upset over not receiving what was promised but I'm the one with my picture posted not Brett Dabe. I would appreciate if you would remove my photo. As I stated in my past 
rebuttal. I no longer work with the company and have moved on with my life and currently in a  divorce proceedings. I did not sign my name to any agreements and don't even know the promises made by
Brett to your company. When I worked for him all I did was make initial calls for him that was it.
I am so sorry that you did not receive what was promised. I wish I knew how to fix that for you but as 
I said I'm not longer a part of it. Please remove my name and picture and restate a different dispute.

While I agree with you that people invest money into advertising that doesn't net any results, that was not the service that Raving Developments claimed they would provide for my company.  The agreement we signed stated that Raving Devs would provide a specified number of "warm leads" that would net "X" amount of money in contracts, not "advertise" our business.  We did not receive ANY leads warm or otherwise and despite an email from Brett (about a month ago) we have yet to receive our money back.  Additionally, I understand that you may not work for this company anymore (even though one of your LinkedIn profiles still lists you as working there), but you are or were married to Brett Lewis Dabe, so I don't see how you can claim to be this "innocent employee" who had no knowledge of what was going on at Raving Devs.  If you have truly moved on with your life since this time, then I am happy for you and I wish you the best!  The reason I posted on this site was not to slander individuals, but to let others know what happened to me and my company, so they could avoid the same pitfall.  I hope that you can understand my position as a small business owner who was directly lied to by the company you work/ed for.

I did not sign contracts agreements or represent as an owner of this company. I no longer work for this company and have moved on with my life. I don't know why I was made mention of or my picture posted in regards to this dispute but its slander! Business risks happen I apologize for what ever your agreement with Brett was but if you can produce proof that I signed anything I would like to see it posted..Remove me from this PLEASE..I am an innocent bystander.

I don't know why my name was plastered all over this report as well as my picture. I was an employee of this company and was not aware that anyone had been taken advantage of. Yes Brett has had some financial issues from a divorce in reference to child support but in NO WAY was I directly related to what took place with a non refund. I will sue for slander if I see anything else posted directly about me. Just because you were not refunded doesn't mean I was the direct result to slander me. This not only hurts me as a responsible citizen but my reputation is put on the line. What if it were you and you worked for a company that had made some poor decisions and you were an innocent bystander? I didn't return a Call because I no longer work for this company. If there was a name change I can't help you. Put yourself in My shoes, we all take risks when it comes to advertising our business. People advertise all the time with no return of their investment. If I didn't sign a contract I'm NOT LIABLE..Prove I signed anything!!
