This is common practice for Brett Price and his companies. Under his Clare Controls company, Mr. Price insisted that a used NVR from his own home, be installed at a Condo complex in Sarasota, FL.
Brett Price has also taken other used equipment from his own home and had it installed in other homeowner's homes. A private Residence in Naples has an entire Crestron system taken from Brett Price's home.
Brett Price also took an entire phone system, including handsets, from the office of Tempus and had it installed in a homeowners private residence in Lake Norman, North Carolina.
