This company doesn't do returns (even when the product is clearly damaged, and it was that way when you bought it), they never have the right sizes. If you put in an order for a product they will tell you it will only be a few weeks and you end up waiting a few months. I had a run in with a worker there when all I did was ask her a question regarding sizes and I was met with the response of "it's not my problem". When I asked to speak to the manager she said "I am the manager so if there is a problem tough s**t." This kind of "Customer Service" is ridiculous and I will never shop there again. It seems as though this company is either making so much money thet don't care about having loyal customers or they really just don't care period. At this point I would say if you need a daily dose of being kicked in the face go ahead and visit one of these wonderful stores, but if not you would be better off finding an alternate place to take your buisness.

Narrow mindedness

Narrow mindedness breeds impatience and negativity, especially when dealing with a family business. Brew City Beer Gear does nothing to hide there policies as far as returning product. I am the production manager and I personaly create, inspect, and take pride in the merchandise my employers retail. The employees I manage also share the same pride, and responsibilty to the quality products that Brew City sells to hundreds of clients worldwide. The statements made in this report in no way reflect an honest representation of the daily business activity at Brew City. The reportee is giving a narrow and biased interpretation of a personal encounter, not a summary of what your experience will be with this reputable company.
