Beginning January 3, 2013, I have called Brian A. Blitz office more than 5 times to make a payment arrangement. When you call the number, an automated system tells prompts you to select the number for 2 or 3 to make payment arrangments. Once you select the number, it transfers you to a person named Jackie's voicemail. I left several voicemails for her even sent two emails and have received no call back. However, yesterday I recieved a letter from their office asking for me to pay the debt with a $733.91 attorneys fees attached. What type of business is this where the automated system is running the business and you can't physically speak to a live person. Yet, you send me a letter asking me to pay the debt and don't allow me to make a payment arrangement. Well Brian if you read this let me tell you, if you do not return my call, this debt will not get paid. I would like to make a payment arrangement and until that happens, the debt will remain unpaid. If you report it to the credit bureau I will dispute it and continue to dispute until you call. so the choice is yours. And FYI, if you do physically have an office, you need to get your staff to answer the phone. If you do not have an office, you need to come up with a better system than to have an automated recording run your business. It's bad business!!!
