I finally sent over a request to get my money back and have had to hire another lawyer. Now I have a hearing for a sale date because he never showed up at the Hearing for Motion for Summary Judgment. The talk around the court house is that this is a common occurrence with Brian Korte.
Make sure you do your homework before hiring an attorney for foreclosure defense. He is smooth talker and will tell you what you want to hear but comes up short on doing anything to help you and he is good at taking that check. He does return phone calls and his staff lies for him. I still have not received my refund check.
