I met Brian at the property that I was planning to purchase for my future home at 12/6/2013.

My lender, American Equity Mortgage connected between us two, to hire his services as my consultant in a HUD 203k rehabilitation mortgage program. At that day , we met at the property and both of us signed on a fee agreement that he will start working for me on this project .

At the same day Brian collected a check from me, for the amount of $400.00, and as my bank record are showing he did cashed it at the same day.

Brian responsibility from that day was to prepare the write up for my 203k program, and deliver it as soon as possible to my lender.

At the same day he mentioned that he have on the following week an eye surgery and he gave his word that he will provide his service before.

From that day Brian disappeared. Endless phone calls , emails and text messages trying to reach him with no success. Brian never replied once not to me nor my lender, and without leaving me any choice I had to find someone else to replace him.

This is fraud !!!

I  gave him to option to contact me back trough email that I sent a week ago, to pay me back the money that he charged for a service that he never preformed.

By choosing not to do so I will be filling a complaint on you at DBPR and they will take it from there.
