I ordered a dress from BridalBlvd.com. I sent them all of my measurements for a size 18 with a bit of an adjustment to the waist and length. The dress arrived within the time frame promised, but when I opened the package, the dress bore little resemblance to what I'd seen online.  The sleeves were bulky and there were pucks in the seam where the sleeves were attached to the jacket. The jacket way too small.  The part where the busts should fit sat on my neckline. The skirt part of the dress was way too short, and the lace covering the bottom half of the dressy was cheesy and cheap.  The entire dress was made with inferior material.

It was obviously, not professionally constructed and totally unwearable. When I called a number to complain and to ask for a refund, I got a generic answering machine asking you to leave a number. I finally connected to a "live chat" who insisted that I send them pictures of the dress so they could determine what was wrong.  Otherwise they would not consider any refund. Of course, I had no way of taking a picture, and since I needed the dress within a week, sending them a picture, or returning the dress for any possible remaking would not have worked for me-something they probably banked on anyway. 

This Company needs to be put out of business. They are using policy statements to protect them from consumer complaints. They should not simply be cited on this web site. The United States Commerce Dept. should remove them from the Internet or at least from doing business in the United States of America.
