JOHN M**** ( PHONE #**** ADDRESS **** ATTLEBORO, MA ) IS VERY CONFUSED ABOUT HOW WARRANTY WORKS. FIRST OFF I DID NOT MAKE THE STOVE WITH MY BARE HANDS NOR DO I OWN THE MANUFACTURE. THE CONTRACT IN THE HOMEOWNERS MANUAL CLEARLY INDICATES ALL OF THE DETAILS REQUIRED FOR CIRCUMSTANCES LIKE THIS ONE. JOHN INSTEAD OF BEING A MATURE ADULT HAD A TEMER TANTRUM (LIKE MY KIDS WANTING A COOKIE FOR BREAKFAST) AND DECIDED TO LIE AND HURT MY REPUTATION TO GET RESULTS WHICH HE WILL NEVER GET.
I CHALLENGE AND DEMAND PROOF OF THESE ALLEGATION. THERE WAS NEVER AN ENVIRO REP AT HIS HOUSE AND I AM NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE REFUNDS FOR ENVIRO.THIS GUY IN THE PAST HAS YELLED AND DEMANDED FOR ME TO COME OUT AND FIX HIS SO CALLED FAULTY STOVE. SO INSTEAD OF GOING HOME TO MY FAMILY I GO OUT TO JOHNS HOUSE...........HE HAD HIS BURN POT IN BACK WORDS.... DO YOU THINK HE PAID ME FOR MY TIME.
THEN THIS SEASON HE CALLS UP SAYING HE HAS A BAD CONTROL BOARD AND HIS ASH PAN IS BAD......AND WANTS ME TO MAIL HIM THE PARTS... I PUT A WARRANTY CLAIM IN AND WHEN THEY ARRIVE I CALL 2 DIFFERENT TIMES EXPLAINING THAT I NEED HIS OLD CONTROL BOARD BACK FOR I CAN MAIL IT BACK AND GET MY $341 DEPOSIT BACK. 2 MONTHS LATER HE CALLS DEMANDING ME TO COME TO HIS HOUSE OR ELSE., YEA I GET IT RIP OFF REPORT. ON TOP OF THAT HIS BOARD WAS NEVER BAD SO I HAD TO EAT THE $341 THIS GUY IS LACKING THE VALUES THAT MAKE US HUMAN HE OBVIOUSLY HAS NO FAMILY OR MORAL BELIEVES . PLEASE CALL THIS GUY AND SET HIM STRAIGHT FOR PEOPLE THAT KNOW ME.

I was talking to a friend of mine, upset because I did not have that kind of money to spend at the moment. She told me her mother just had a pellet stove installed by Briggs Family Fireplace and told me to give them a call, which Im glad I did.
They showed up to my house very professional and checked out my stove. They were in and out of my home in 30 minutes. He told me auger motor was fine, and the other guys were just taking advange of me. He explained the problem, cleaned out my vaccuum switch hose, and charged me $150.
They were nothing but professional and kind. They made sure my home was left the same way they came in. After seeing your comment above, I felt defending Brigss Family was the least I could do because they could have charged me more but instead was honest.
I was recommend by a friends mother, who was recommened to her by another friend. I am the third person who did business with Briggs Framily Fireplace and all 3 of us were very happy. I will be sure to recommend anybody to that company.
