It is apparent that their software is not sufficient for the site I needed. Bright Builders is in breach of contract and I want a full return of my money, because they have not delivered on the agreement and what they promised. Their software is antiquated and there was no teaching about marketing which is the most difficult thing to do. The building of a site can be done easily through Go Daddy or Yahoo it's the learning about marketing the site that ranks you good enough to get traffic which turns into cash flow. I started with Bright Builders in June of 2008 and I am now working with another company. The new company is not much better and I will report them if I don't see results shortly. I will not give up and continue with sorting out the bad business tactics, but in this country when an agreement is not fulfilled, they are in breech of that contract. I was verbally guaranteed that I would make my initial money that I laid out for the program in just over 1 year. It is now 2 years and I had One Sale.... I have learned nothing from them, all that I know now is through my own research. A total rip off !!
