Bright Claims Inc-Public Adjusters Julie Pringle--Public Adjuster-Company Representative RUDE- Norcross, Georgia

     Il am a survivor of "Hurricane Sandy" and its aftermath. I do not know what is worse dealing with the Goverment, Insurance Companies, or Contractors. This particular company "Bright Claims"handles all the outsourcing of claims for the big cheats. New York Property Insurance Company which holds the insurance on my real estate uses them. NY-Property after "Hurricane Sandy" was unreachable for 3- 4weeks, so it was impossible to try an place a claim. Then they sent someone from the Mid-West to inspect the property after a Month or so. His report goes to Bright Claims and naturally they will do everything in their power to deny or reduce payment to the homeowner.
     After a lot of back and forth I get another Adjuster to come visit, and he agrees with what I thought should have been covered. As a result of damage from wind that occurred during "Sandy" my wood fence is on the brink of collapse. A claim is submitted back to "Bright Claims" and the horror begins. A representative named "Julie Pringle" is assigned to my case. She is by far the worse customer service representative in the world. No manners, disrespectful, rude, and obnoxious. She tries to plea bargain claims, knock down reimbursements, and discredit everything I say or try to prove.
     If at all possible have nothing to do with this company and or person. I am filing complaints with the N.Y. State Dept. of Insurance and the Governor's office.
