In November of 2007, we decided to put all of our cable, phone & internet services together, We decided on Bright House Networks, since we already had cable with them, and we had not had problems with them. What a hugh mistake!!!. We have had nothing but problems since. Even in the very beginning, we did not have service for four days, it should have been a warning to us, but we are extremely patient folks. June 30th 2008 we noticed that our tv was freezing, anyone who has trouble with cable, know all about freezing, it is hard to see or hear what is being said or done. We also did not have phone or internet service. The next day I called bright house repair line. This was July 1st, Tuesday. I told them no one would be home from 12:00 to 4:30, when I arrived home, I found a orange tag hanging on my door, that said we missed you, they came at 2:30, apparently the can not tell time either. I called back , again, again, again, finally they came out, poked around in our bedroom, where our box is located, hmmm......the repair said it was fixed, yeah right, we have heard that story many times since November of last year....but we had high hopes. Thursday July 3rd still no service on any of it, I called back yet again. My wife the fountain of optimism really thought that this company was going to fix our services before the 4th of July.....another repairman came, oh he said " it is not in your house, it is the lines outside on the pole".....duh we had already figured that out before now, since we had so many problems before, we had become quite the expert on where the problem was. He put a work order in. They never came. I called back July 7th, I thought ok the 4th is over and every one is back to work. Just because they come back to work, does not mean that they actually know what they are doing. Another repairman came out on July 7th at around 7:00 p.m. hmmmmmmm it is not in your house, it is outside......another work order was put in. This repairman said that the outside work crew would be coming later, which we have head this story soooooo many times. Did they come? I'm sure at this point you know the answer. NO they did not.....did we have phone or internet? NO we did not. Will we be charged? Yes we always are!!! every singel month between 1-3 days we do not have phone or internet. But we always get their bill on time, and like idiots we pay it.

Today is the first day I have been able to get on the internet, but the puter is running super slow......so I probably will not have it but just for a few minutes.

We are tired of calling this company, we are tired of paying them and not being able to get what we pay for. We are tired of being lied to time and time again. We are going to find another company that can and does keep their promise of coming out and actually repairing whatever is wrong, and a company that does not steal from us!!!!
