Whitening brites claims you can get a free two-week trial of their product for shipping charges.. but the product does not arrive until your trial period is over, at which you do not get your money back unless you call and cancel with an 1-800 #. there they tell you tyat you can only recieve a refund by sending an E-Mail to www.brightrningwhites.com which does not exist. They have already taken $88.97 & $58.76 from our account AFTER we called in our cancellation.. We are still trying to get in touch with someone to refund our $. One of which of these unauthorized withdrawals made our account get charged an insufficient funds. Total rip-off. They should all get arrested!
