Brighter Blooms Nursery This Company is a Total Scam! Internet

Do NOT order from this company!  I ordered 20 Hybrid Willow trees between 5-7 feet and 5 Green Giants of 7-8 feet.  The trees that were delivered are an absolute joke!  They are all twigs in a pot.  this is not an exaggeration.    ALL are well under 5 feet in height and essentially have no branch system.  I paid over $1,000 for these trees based on the beautiful pictures online and what arrived is absolute and total garbage.  It is defective in height, it is totally lifeless and absolutely tiny - again a twig in a pot.  They are only willing to refund me 75% of the purchase price and are charging me to ship it back.  So it is going to cost me over $300 to have dealt with this mess and totally unethical company.  It is clear they are still going to make a profit on this transaction as the trees are probably worth about $50 total!  It is clear they just send out total garbage and hope the customer keeps it.  If not they still profit as the 25% "restocking fee" alone is a charge far greater than the value of the trees!  Not to mention I have to pay to ship this garbage back.  Take a look at their record with the BBB.  I wish I did before ordering.  Tons of compaints, this is a total sham operation.
