As i stated abve, on june 9 th , i allowed brighthouse into my home i missed them by 15 minuts, and my laptop ,new toshiba computer was stolen that day, we have never had a episode untill that day, the techs number was 0062, his name was matt, butt i didnt get his ID, the day before, cause he was there the day before, to do some work witch he failed at horrible, i finally did the job myself, after months of problems with brighthouse, outside hub to my blding, was full of water, my port on connection hub they said was stripped out, and fixed after 2 years of not finding the problem inside and out, then thhis trust i built with them and there people was violated june 9th, on matts second arrival to my apt, were my laptop was stolen that day ,i left the doof ulocked to trust him, and had a emergency to go on with my grandson, and was back within 15 minuts of meeting him at my home, then i just wanted to cry, a 50 year old guy, that has struggled and been through hell all my life, nothing has every came easy to me, our my family, we have suffered constantly from failed poloticians, leadership, to a poor economy, being ripped off by every men and business woman in the business world of today, they are all snakes as for as i am concerned untill otherwise known!, so in a nutshell, they stole my laptop computer, i filed a sherrifs report, and the guy even went into my bedroom,and went through other things as well butt, thank God he didnt get my guns, my xbox,my big screen led,thats why we suspect them.So everyone they advertise ask for id, i suggest, there drivers, liscence,and write physically the DL# and name down so you to or your familly doesnt become a victim of liars and theive's, no offence to the customer service peole at brighthouse,are the honest techniticians,that work for them, but lets face it, hard times and evil on a scale as never before in this world today, and i havebeen ripped offf so many times, i am now armed and ready to shoot a robbery if caught in my home or in the possesssion of my property. END of story! dont trust know one who comes to do business in your home, get there name DL,and number and adress on DL to protect yourself!
