British Columbia Lottery Corporation, North American Sweepstakes Lottery, Mr.John Morrison, Allan Piere sent watermarked check, fraud, lotterywinnings, Vancouver British Columbia

Iam writing this report for my eldery mother which is 74yrs. old. I checked out this letter for her which she received in the mail stating she won a hundred thousand dollars from British Columbia Lottery Corporation. This is a very real watermarked check with it in the amount of $3,940 which is to pay towards the taxes on the $100,000 winnings. She is suppose to contact a Mr. John Morrison before cashing for further instructions. British Columbia Lottery Corporation is a very real lottery on the web but what caught my eye was all winners are from Canada and the numbers only go up to 49. This letter my mother got stated her winning numbers and the serial number of the ticket. Some of these numbers were over 49 and nowhere was she stated to be a winner of anything and she had high numbers. I then went to the search engine to scan North American Sweepstakes Lottery and finally found a write up on www.ripoffreport.com this was a very almost idential situation someone went through only I think Carnival Cruise was named as the money giver and somehow North American Sweepstakes Lottery was doing this. Someone however did cash the check and then later had to pay it back as it was a fake. I still have the letter and the very real check which I would like to hand over to the authorities I have never seen a check so real. Im just glad I intersepted this before my mom almost got ripped off.
