Brinda Flick takes her role too seriously. She threatened me, my staff and then followed up with negative online reviews to extort us in obtaining her way now. Her ruthless nature (calling 14 times in 1 hour), not settling with an answer from the book keeper, the support staff, the manager, nor the attorney, and finally speaking with the owner who told her to not call again and blocked her number left her client with no service, respect and possibly the liability of hiring a woman who threatened to extort us if we did not do as she demanded NOW. Be careful. If you hire an agent to do work for you and she extorts for you, you are responsible.

This complaint is written by Grant the owner or manager of Denver Property Management because I posted a complaint on Yelp about my experience with his company, however the truth was not as dramatic as this. My buyers lender contacted me this week asking for my assistance because she was at wits end. She needed a HOA Questionnaire filled out from this management company as a loan condition for our buyer. Standard form required on every property that is in a HOA. It had been 20 days since she had sent it in to them. The lender said she had called, spoke to them, left messages and so on. Each time she spoke to them the form was being sent right out but never arrived and now it was the 11th hour. I called and spoke to person that the lender had been dealing with and was told the form was in the scanner going out at that moment. 30 minutes later she called back saying she didn't know who to send it to. I called back and left her the information. The next day it still had not arrived. I called back into the business reaching Grant who is the manager/attorney maybe owner, and I told him the story. He said that persons assistant would help me and passed the call on. The assistant put me on hold for 20 minutes, checking back a few times then hung up at the 20 minute point. I called back in and she put me on hold again. After 13 minutes I hung up and called back in asking for Grant. The assistant would not pass me to him but hung up. Yep this is a test of your patiences but getting upset accomplishes nothing. So I made it a point to say "self your not going to get up set, just keep calm". Then I called back in asking for Grant. She passed me to her own voice message. I called back in and Grant answered yelling he recorded my threats and wanted my license number. I calmly gave him my number and told him I had not made any threats but would love to hear that recording, which he said I would hear at the trial and I would get the needed form whenever they decided to send it, and he hung up. Grant has a real estate license and is a attorney. Interesting behavior for such an educated person. I called back in again and the person that had not sent the paperwork the day prior answered having just walked into the office. She had the paperwork with her it seems and putting me on hold to take care of it I guess was just a game with this office played. She proceeded to ask if I had gotten her message with Grant yelling in the background. We managed to just ignored Grants nonsense and she emailed the form over in just a few minutes. However that does not excuse the over the top unprofessional behavior of this owner? supervisor etc. Don't know any more about them then this story but would advise further invesigation prior to hiring this firm.
