Broadspire Insurance not settling my claim promptly Dallas, Texas

i have been waiting for three years to get a settlement from this company and my adjuster always comes up with an excuse on why it's takiing so long. all's i want is whats owed to me over the last 23 years. such a big company but not willing to help the injured employee. so far in debt now with no let up. can't get a straight answer on my claim as the days weeks months drag on. about to commit suiced.

many people i  owe on my back and no answers from Broadspire on any agrrement to settle. can't take much more of this. just so tired and going brain dead trying to get answers from them on just when i'll see any monies. so sad. and they get paid for this. guess if they dont have to pay that saves the company money. everyone, don't get hurt on the job with Broadspire as your worker's compensation carrier. maybe it's my adjuster or her boss, i'll never know!!! dazed and confussed!!!!
