Broadway Global Master Fake payday loan, Emptied bank account, Broadway Global Master Tracy, California

I was contacted at 7:40am on a Friday morning while at work. The person on the other line asked me if I was still interested in a payday loan. He had a east indian accent. I advised him that yes I was. He then advised me that he needed  to collect some information from me. He asked me for my birthdate, Social Security Number, Bank account information, and how much I had available in my account. He already had my address and phone number information. Now yes some of these signs are a red flag that should have told me to stop but unfortunately I did not.

At the end of the call I ask him as to when I would be getting the funds in to my account. He advised me that cash advance usa would be contacting me if I got approved. I contacted cash advance usa through their website and had them call me. I spoke with one of their reps and found out they had no information on me. Also found out that the person from cash advance had mentioned about cash advance usa being closed now. Which I don't think is the case since they have a website and they contacted me back. So not quite sure what to think about that.

When I discovered they had drained my account for $1,150.00, I got online and started doing some research. I came to discover a few reports here and a news report in Jefferson, MO. I have taken the next steps now. I contacted my bank to get refunded for my funds, also contacted the local police and filed a report with them. I have contacted all local news stations to get the word out about this scam so another person wont fall victim of this company.

I hope no one else becomes there victim and they are found by the authorities so they can get prosecuted. They have done a great job of screwing things over for me and my family. I hope they understand how much My family and I are suffering now with our holiday season and bills.
