Brougham Trailer Sales Dave Vance, Jim and Deborah my husband brought a trailer from them in july, and they promissed to send the ownership right after, but until todas date nothing, and they dont answer any emails or text we send to them! Pickering, Ontario

My wife is just trying to get the ownership of my trailer, whatever she owes this company has nothing to do with me, Mario Mendes, I want my ownership, but they wont give to me, wondering why? If they want the money for the a.c. they installed, they can have it back, since I have to repair the trailer for 1600 dollars because, one of the owner, Dave Vance, said that the trailer was not leaking, but it was from day one. All I am asking is for my ownership, that's all.
If they give my ownership, I will fix my trailer, and will not talk to anyone about that anymore, and make sure no other complaints will be noted.

I am sorry to say that this woman has not been honest.  We are not asking for more money for the trailer.  She has the trailer in her possession and I hope she enjoys it this year.  But there are still outstanding bills to be paid which I have noted on the previous answer to her complaint.  Our company policy is that when all bills are paid we gladly change the ownership over to our customers.  We have not had a situation like this before.  We are a very reputable company.  We have bent over backwards to please this customer but unfortunately some people you cannot please.

Unfortunately this customer is being far from honest.  Regina purchased a trailer from me on a payment plan and was clear she did not want her husband to know about it.  On her way to pick up the trailer she unfortunately got a flat tire.  I closed the dealership and drove to give her a hand.  I was unable to change the tire for her so I called a tow company and had the vehicle towed to my dealership.  I then paid for the tow truck because she did not have the funds to do so.  She picked up the trailer and shortly afterwards the cheques started to bounce repeatedly.  She was full of promises but never came through with them.  I then visited her home on numerous occasions to only see her looking at me through the window but would not answer the door to speak with me.  Unfortuantely I was forced to repossess the trailer for lack of payment of failure of intent to pay.  Months later after speaking with her I agreed to sell her a different trailer and use her previous partial payment as a deposit.  Once coming to pick up the unit they wanted some additional accessories installed but did not have the appropriate funds.  We installed these accessories with promises to pay within 2 weeks.  Approximately 4 weeks later I received a call that the trailer needed some repairs and I mentioned that I was willing to do such repairs once the inital outstanding balance was paid.  Well I am still waiting apparently patiently.  She owes us for an air conditioner plus installation, plus a parking ticket (company plate was still on first trailer), a 407 bill (because she had company plate on when she used the 407), plus the towing bill for her truck.  Our company policy is that the ownership is registered and given to our customers when the trailer and any other expenses are fully paid for.   Regina still owes us money for the above expenses.  She was offered repairs on her trailer but did not come up with the funds.
