This is in response to the letter of indebtedness as you identified in the letter where you stated that
alleged in the letter from your office I just received in the U.S. Mail today on 10/24/2012 at approximately 1550 hours stating that according to the Signal Butte Manor II Home Owners Association where they alleged that I owe them 1,118.12.
This is a false allegation or a mistake verses misconduct on their part. I may owe $350 to them however I have not received a Bill from them in months and I have left messages on their phone asking for a bill to no avail. I have received letters from them stating when the next home owners meetings are going to be but no bill!
I have found this to be unlike them because I usually will get a letter from them if I have been late as I have yes in the past many times as to my Husband being on home Hemo dialysis prior to July 24th, 2011 when he lost his battle at the hands of Vicarious Deliberately Medical Personal. I would pay them with a big check, I would say thank you and they also would thank me.
Because my work load was so great I simply just did not get it paid on time and I would do exactly as I said I always have in past as I did now, and ask for the entire bill so I may respond and pay for it. Well Sir, Sirs, or Mams I was just going to call them today as I had an early day which would allow me to get off work early while the Home Owners Association was still open, but I instead of receiving a bill I had asked for on Messages so that I may pay them, I received an outrageous amount of money that I do not owe.
As I will show from bank statements as I always must pay by check because they do not use Debit or Credit Cards which would have been so much more convenient to pay which actually makes me wonder if this is the reason they dont, so they can put liens on faithful patrons like myself as I am probably one of the, if not the first home owner to move on these particular properties since the opening of the of Signal Butte Manor II Homes and it is a shame that we have acquired an entity with this type of business practice.
As in the past I was ready to pay them but not only is, $1,118. 12 an enormous amount of money for someone to come up with but it is probably almost 2 times the amount of money I owe. I am requesting that the amount I owe be sent to me so that I may pay it. I believe it is the belief of the HOA that my house is going to be auctioned and that they want it and that is the reason they put a lien on it because they know I will pay what I owe but this time was different!
This time they are trying to pull the rug out from underneath me for their own selfish gain and they become the owner of the property because anyone who
watches the News sees the rise again in the property values and they are selling for a higher price. I have worked harder than most my entire life and if this is the case would be one of the most despicable acts of Attorneys and HOAS I have ever seen and as others will too. I beg that the HOA and attorney thinks about this before they pursue this indefinite act of Strong Arm Collection
It should be noted that I fully intend on keeping my house as I being one of the only patrons that have, as I will show. Thank you for your time and kind consideration; End of response.
