Pinnacle's Mike lied to me, stating that if I made a payment of 1/3 by the 31st the account would not go to collection. It already was in collection. I made the payment anyway. I called them to find next payment date and amount, was put on hold and hung up on multiple times. I called T mobile to complain and request payment details. They said they would try to obtain that from the agency with me on a conference call. Pinnacle wouldn't do that, but called me back. They said Mike had not not said what he said, and had not lied. I asked for the next payment amount and date, and they said full payment immediately, or it would be reported as a bad debt, which it already was. These people are morons, and criminals. They are rude, stupid, incompetent. I am going to the FTC and any other govenment agency that will listen. With the entire economy about to be brought down by credit agency criminals, perhaps the government will be more active in pursuing these thieves. Report them. Go after them. Expose them. Petition government.
