Ordered product on March 13 2012. Money was taken from Pay Pal the same day as order. Product didn't arrive. Contacted seller. He was out of bottles and would be shipping the next week. Hmmmm

Product still didn't come. Contacted Mr. Ownes . Steam jacket kettle had broken down and he would be shipping after new one arrived in a a few days.

Called seller twice. Requested my money to be retuned to pay pal. Seller did not respond, and I have had no further contact with him, nor did I get my money back.

He strung me along for over the 45 days that pay pal will issue credit. So, I am out the money but I hope between me and the rest of his customers he stole from, we can get the word out on him.

If you want this product, do not use Bruce Owens. Use the (((competitor's name redacted))) office. Phone (((redacted))). They are very honest and reliable. You will receive your product in a very timely manner.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
