Please beware of the individual who calls himself Bruce The Credit Card Guy, he has worked at Eliot Management Group and now with MLS Direct Network. He has lied, changed legal documents, signed names that were missing on merchant processing paperwork.

He didn't leave behind signed documents, said it was a month to month agreement with no cancellation fee. Had me buy a used credit card machine from a source that is his friend, the machine broke within days and of course Bruce nor his friend return calls. I finally after many calls got transferred to an 800# for Eliot Management Group but stil didn't get help just confirmed that everything Bruce said was a lie.

He locked me into a 3 yr contract not month to month, the terminal his "source" sold me EMG offered to replace it for a fee, I just bought it months ago. There is a hefty fee to cancel. I now have a merchant acct that I pay for but can't use. I found Bruce the credit card guy on Facebook. Of course he has blocked me from making comments to his lies on his Facebook.

Stay away from this liar!

This is being abused by all of your untrue reporting on me. You always receive a full copy of the contract that you sign many times and initial many times. I never lie about any contract nor do I ever sign another persons name to anything. Your issue has nothing to do with me and is only because you decided to go out of business and cancel your contract with EMG. I completely agree that EMG is not a ethical company and I'm very happy to be away from them and have partnered into my own company that provides highly ethical business practices with the upmost integrity.You agreed to a 3 year contract and convinced me that you were staying in business. The 800 number is on the contract easy to see and easy to find. These accusations are completely untrue as the hundreds of accounts that I have are very happy to use my company to provide the best of processing services in the industry. Please come to terms with your issues and stop your slanderous accusations toward me and my company.

First of all, I own my company and I NEVER make any cold calls. You are not up to date with your information. Again you are showing your lack of inteligence by your statements of untruth. I have not worked for EMG in a long while so the calls your getting are not from my company and I have a sterling record of service and integrity in both business and as a family man. Your issue ,AGAIN, is with EMG and has nothing to do with me or my services. Please get your head together and act out of integrity and truthfullness. Your continued slander is both unlawful and completely unjust as well as misplaced. Own up to yourself and take responsibilty for your own actions. I'm asking that you stop this harrassement and slander to my name due to your actions, not mine.

thanks so much for your post on ol Bruce the credit card guy or bruce the man of The man with integrity!  I tracked him down as I received a call from his new company and wow what a load of dirt on this guy on the web.  His responses alone hang him.  Crying about his kids really.  This is someone clearly not dealing with a full deck and maybe should be king here at the rip off report.

You continue to talk about an issue that you have with your lack of knowledge. You signed 5 times and each page was fully explained as you signed. To make false claims against my integrity and honesty because of your situation is wrong. Your issue is with a company that I have not worked for in a while and not with me. Please accept your responsibility for your actions and not put blame on  others for your actions. You try to pull others into your story. Your statements aginst me are unfounded and untrue. Please cease your unfounded slander against me.

Bruce, how dare you throw such an ugly response back to me to try to cover up your lies. My business is not in financial trouble, I was simply stating to other biz owners your lack of integrity and ethics. I am not the only ONE that knows this. Mike Varney of the Tucson Metro Chamber can validate that you stood up in a full room of members and your presentation was a lie if which the company you used to work for pointed out by letter to the chamber that your comments and words during that presentation were not truthful.

In fact, 2 merchants from that presentation alone aside from me were burned by you!

I would like to say in response to this untrue alligation.  When a person signs any application they initial 3 times and sign 5 times. All applications are in duplicate and a copy is left with the signer at the time of entering into a contract.. I do not and will not ever sign anyones name to any document. I will say again that all documents were signed with original signatures and the contract was explained fully as each page was signed and initialed.

I cannot control how a person runs their business and why they cannot keep it open and then wants to blame others for their short comings as a business person. I have always held my integrity and ethics to a very high level and when 1 person trys to slander my 5 year carreer with lies and unfounded accusations, then I'm sorry for your business closing and that you are in such a sorry state that you feel a need to lash out.

I have helped over 500 clients and you are the one in all of my happy clients to attempt to pass off your issues and put them on everyone but yourself. There is always that "one" person that will not accept their mistakes in business and try to pull others down to their level. I appologize for your issues with Eliot Management and wish you the best in your future.
