Bruces Music Bruce's Music We bought piano from his store at 3/12/2011, we still did not get everything from him. the disk player still not installed to my piano.we have been contact him by email and phone more than 20 times, h Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

the piano info is:

model galileo grande II
after he deliever the piano to us, we got wrong bench, so he replaced the bench 6 months later. after all, we still did not get our disk kit installed. we contacted him again and again. at begining, he will reply the email or phone calls once while, now he does not reply anything with us.
please help us either send the piano back, or we need him to install everything we paid.
