Bryan Dye now lives in Houston, TX and works for Horizon Italian Tile. He has been living in the Houston area since late 2010. He purchased a 2011 E-Class Mercedes Benz. Although my situation is not the same, Mr. Dye has conned me out of money as well. I would like to provide information regarding this individual so that he may be prosecuted for back child-support.

Hi, I recommend you hire a private investigator to go out to his residence and business and document (on video) all of his assets. In addition, have an assets search done on him to see exactly what he owns and the value. You will need this evidence to build a case. Just my opinion but you should really define what a bad father is. Not all fathers in America are bad and I would say that most dads do not fit in this category. However, in americas home program families do not define good vs. bad fathers or mothers.

Just a personal coment / story and hopefully an understanding of what a DEADBEAT DAD is.Here was my experience:I t married while I was in the military to my ex who was from MI. Blnd blue 5' 7" who attended the same church I did.We got pregnant and had a wonderful baby boy. I was state side at the time and had to ship out a few weeks later for Japan.I went to the unit diary clerk and sent almost all the money to her through the military allotment system. When I got home 11 mos and 23 days later I found out she was playing the field and I had $432,000 worth of credit card debt. I also had 3 car payments. NONE were being paid and all were opened during my overseas tour without my knowledge. As hard as it was I filed for divorce and got out of the Marines. I was a 5.0 Marine and had been accepted to the ECEP program. I was going to go back to school and get my degree paid for under the program by the USMC and get paid the rank of a SGT. In return I would become a career Marine Officer. I could not do any of this because of the debt. I became a security risk. (Financially) . So I got out and worked my tail off on 2 full time jobs because I got calls everyday. I was assigned child support on the money I made at 2 jobs. The monthly payment was $852.41 per month. I was never late. When he was 17 years old I sold my life insurance policy and paid 12 months of child support in 1 payment through the state. I got a release from the state. And figured I would save up as much as possible for college also. When he was 17 1/2 I was offered a job that paid more than the two I had been working for the last 16 1/2 years, and it had better benifits. Texas had a new law that goes after deadbeat dads by making them pay until the total amount is paid regardless of the age of the child. That is ok by me BUT since I made more money the last 6 months and I had to include the 1 year payments as earned income and pay 22% child support on that money even though 100% of that money went to her.Se wanted more. Now here is the catch,she wanted more 21 years after the fact and the money went to her not him.She hounded the people at the child support place to have me put on the deadbeat dad list. The Attny Generals office refused and their legal opinion was I was not a deadbeat dad because I never ran away,hid,or lied about income.Because of the time frame of so many years I still had to pay her $34,000. No justice in that system for me.I am not a lawyer just my suggestion, check with the state of HI and Texas and get their Legal opinion from their respective Attny Generals office before you call him a Dead beat dad. Cover you fanny so to speak because he might have some civil legal remedies of his own. Just a sugestion because I sued my ex and she ended up with a new debt of $210,842 plus interest and is now making payments to me of $550 a month until the debt is paid. Texas is a community property state and at the time of divorce they held us both 100% liable. It really sucks when people get angry because they should have never been together in the 1st place. Seems like it's possible to just post anything about anyone and have it show up here on rip off report. Google someones name, and BAM, this pops up and pretty much ruins their rep.

Ripoff Report needs to keep this kinda of crap off here. A man not paying child support is a personal issue with him and whoever he got pregnant. It's classless and in poor taste that someone would come here and post this, whether it's true or not.

If you had proof of all this, then you should have gotten off your behind and taken it to the courts. Not come here and make a mockery of someone.

Ripoff Report should be removing garbage like this. Stick to companies.

I for one would like to hear what this DEADBEAT dad has to say about all of this, i bet the story has more twists and turns than a block of swiss cheese.
