Brylane Media Ashford Radio Jonathan Broxton duped my 89 year old mother out of $12000.000 and then another $8000.00 without her consent. NY, New York

Jonathan Broxton representing Ashford Radio duped my 89 year old mom out of over $12,000.00 which is a classic case of ripping off a suggestive and elderly person by using his rapid fire snake oil salesman approach. My mom had recently broken her hip two years ago and after her surgery with the applied anesthetic came out of it being very vulnerable to being lied to and cheated from. This much money to advertise her books which she personally wrote by talking on AM radio which provided limited exposure and little return on her book sales while the convicted felon Jonathan Broxton collected twelve grand. Now we know Broxton is a convicted felon for stock fraud prompting him to change to his new surname as Jonathan Broxton. His real name is James Mcinerney.

Recently he called again and spoke to my mother saying  he was someoneother then Broxton asking my mom for more money but she recognized who he was and told him he was a crook and never to call her again.

Now she is in the hopital again as she fell in the shower and broke her leg. Upon paying her bills for her while she is away I came accross information that a company out of NY, Brylane Media has hit her credit card, which Broxton kept the information on, four new unauthorized charges totalling $8000.000. Needless to say I reported it as fraud. How this man gets by with this is incredulous to me but I suspect he will soon go down for another fraud. Hopefully he will not get by with another surname and be allowed to fraud the elderly ever again. He needs to be behind bars as a ward of the state for a long time for he is a crook of the higfhest order. Defrauding an elderly person is one of the most heinous crimes ever and we plan on instigating  a police report on the above referenced matter.
