after filing my report, i went to the bank and closed my account.

the next day, i checked my e-mails and was surprised to get a rebuttle from the company. i called and was directed to a supervisor who wasn't too willing to want to relinquish my funds to me. but, after persistance he agreed to one reimbursment, but i stuck to my guns and demanded in a nice manner my whole refund. he finally agreed less the $2.99 for the disc i never received because he said he could give me a link to the same info that was on the disc. i declined and took my $2.00 loss. he said i should receive my refund in 3-5 days and gave me confirmation numbers for the transactions. i have yet to see if this takes place. if it does, and i do get my refund back, i would like to thank that supervisor for refunding my money, even though the company shouldn't have taken it in the first place.

but, most of all, i would like to thank the the people that started this site. without them and there packful of information, i would not have known where to start my endeavor of getting my refund back. it's nice to know that there are decent people out there that care for others and you and your website have proven that to me.
