After it arrived, I decided that I didn't want to be involved, so I called and asked to cancel any further service. Since it's been so long ago, I don't remember who I talked to or which gender.
Now comes 2008, and I'm preparing for taxes, and I review my paypal account. Something doesn't look right; there's reappearing charges for three different accounts. This goes back over a year! I went back through my paypal history to January 2007 and found 25 charges for $29.95; 23 charges for $7.95; and 27 charges for $5.95! When calculated all out it comes to a grand total of $1092.25!! From January 2007 through February 2008. After I asked to cancel.
I'm flabergasted! How can a company do this? Why have they done it to so many people? How can I get my $1092.25 back? What can be done? Can anyone help me?

Our policy is to never charge anyone who is not interested the membership portion of the offer. Clients simply need to follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-370-7270 and express a desire to cancel during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter as it is explained in the Terms and Conditions of the offer.
If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied.
