Buckle Runner Toy Hauler Absolute Rip Off and stealing your $$$$$ Janesville, Wisconsin

Bucklerunner AKA Toy Hauler Enterprises is doing fraudulent business.  It is their common practice to take your order, take your payment and then forget to send you your product.  They are frequently on back order and neglect to inform the consumer of this situation.  I have called the company numerous times and Stella tells you whatever you would like to hear and then politely hangs up never following up on your product or the service required to get your product to you.

When you request that your order be canceled and your money refunded she always tells you that she will take care of it that very day but your order is never canceled or your money refunded.

This happened to me the first time and I thought they were just having an off day and went back to placed additional orders.  I am still waiting for a paracord order that I requested be canceled.  I was assured that indeed the order had been canceled and I would see the refund in my account in 2-3 business days.  This never occurred and I received a note that the paracord had shipped which by the way I am still waiting to receive.

There really has to be someone out there that can put this company out of business so they will stop abusing the consumer.  

PS:  There is even a Facebook page designed to inform the consumer of their very poor business practices.
