Supposly had a cell phone in my name through the governemnt lifeline program since 2012. A phone I didnt recieve or apply for. I go on 2/11/14 to apply at an agent and they inform me I have an active account. Funny, they called and told them to disconnect service because I didnt have a phone and told me I could come back in 60 days. I go back on 5/5/14 and then Im informed that it wasnt disconnected until 4/23/14, so I was told I have to wait another 60 days to aplly. Seems Im not the only one that budget mobile is charging the governement for a phone that isnt being used....
