James, Budget Representative, examined the rental vehicle on Nov. 22, 2011, and there wasn't any damage on the Lower Right Front Bumper. I returned the rental vehicle a day early on Nov 28, 2011. Again, James, Budget Representative, examined the rental vehicle on Nov 28, 2011, and there wasn't any damage on the Lower Right Front Bumper.
On December 03, 2011, Avis/Budget Group created a falsified Accident/Incident Report Claim # 11B061156; Accident Date: 11/22/2011. Avis/Budget Rental Car Group falsely accused me of having an accident on 11/22/11 with the 2011 Hyundai Elantra Sedan 4 Dr. to get more money from me.
I don't think this is an isolated incident. Avis/Budget Rental Car rip off their customers by accusing their customers of being in an accident.

Alot of the times they do not find damages to the cars until they are ready to be turned into the auctions for the auto companies and they charge the last renter even though the damages could have been done multiple renters agao. It is a Lotto for them in hopes to get the money from you. If not from you they then go the the renter before you and so on.
The customer service reps that answer the phones are really (on the most part) good people but they have supervisors (usually 1 supervisor and one team leader for 3 reps) looking over their shoulders. With threats of terminations if the jobs are not performed to their (supervisor) satisfaction.
I believe overall the company has good intentions however it is so oversupervised and that is where the problem lies. Also the more money the company makes the bigger the bonus .
I'm surprised more people don't do this. Even if your phone doesn't have this feature (or even a camera) you can always try faking it :-)
