Below is my immediate letter back to Budget Savers.  VERY FLAKEY and Illegal!  Why do these businesses still exist, especially when there's over 600,000 complaints on RIP OFF REPORT?

Subscriber Number 1133201639.  Cancel my membership immediately.  A 14 day trial period?  Received my "package" today, 4-13-12, and you are going to charge my account on 4-18-12?  A 5 day window?  $100 for Gasoline?  Your form does not even respond to your Print command on YOUR document.  Cancel this membership immediately!  Keep you $1.00 and do not take any funds from my account. 

Called your number to cancel and a get a phone message that your business operations are M-F, from 8;00 to 11:00 EST?Further, your "just send us an email" block below, does not even open up to a reputable email site, but includes Microsoft Warnings.  DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT!  Subsequent letters are being sent immediately to Better Business Bureau and Rip Off Report, both entities who are very aware of your operations.

I got it by right clicking on the send email link and clicking "open link in new tab."  You will have to take the spaces out.  I had to put them there or this site will redact them.

Why do these businesses still exist

They still exist because of the people who don't pay attention to what they are signing up for and then don't pay attention to their bank statements for 6 months.

Your form does not even respond to your Print command on YOUR document

That could actually just be an issue with your computer.  You may have to reinstall the drivers for your printer and/or reinstall the program you are trying to print from.  If it still doesn't work after doing that, then it may be the form.

Call your bank and tell them what is going on.  Also, did you send the letter certified or just as regular snail mail.  It appears that the package took over a week to get to you, you may want to resend it certified and possibly overnight so you know they get it in time.  Also, include to tracking number in the body of the letter and keep a copy of it so you have proof of what was sent.
