I purchased a firearm 8 weeks ago and it was not what I ordered.Buds(Derek/GM) said read the fine print,The gun you recieve may not be the gun you recieve...the gun is now yours we will not accept it back.And this was 5 mins. after I seen it at my local FFL.I contacted Taurus and asked for suggestions and when they had the serial# of the firearm they asked I send it Fed-x overnight to them...something fishy about the sale,I do not know but it's been 7 weeks since Taurus rec'd it and now I am going to get a full replacment.Now Taurus says the photo Buds used was bogus and also the that firearm was no longer in production.I also logged in as a review member and I entered my review only to find Buds only accepts 100% pos. reviews anything short of that and it is filtered out.When I 1st heard of Buds I checked their reviews 1st and their 100% rating was also bogus.I have made alot of calls to Buds and they will not and have not even attempted to resolve this issue.I will caution anyone that would like to do business with them BEWARE!!! For the buyers that was happy with their purchase I congrat.you.It is not all bad service but it could increase a heck of lot.I would not refer or will I ever buy from them again and also if ever asked I have nothing to say if I must say something good.I am going to challenge my purchase with my credit card company and when they return my stolen monies maybe then Buds will like to talk...But I have nothing to say to you and I hope you like being put on forever hold and hang ups.
