This company is biggest rip off that I have ever seen in my driving career. They will fire or as they say terminate your contract for unknown reason, keep you out for weeks at a time and you WILL NOT MAKE HARDLY ANY MONEY!!!
All you are is a boneafide company driver that makes their truck payments and pay for their reefer fuel and tractor fuel. They will tell you that they want you to run legal but when you get out there IS NOTHING LEGAL about this company. They get made at you when you can find better freight than them. They will tell you that they will look into it and then they will tell you that it didn't pan out and then the next thing that you know someone else that they liked better and give that load that you found to that driver.
They will tell you that if you can not run the load legally then let safety know and they will go "up to bat" for you but that is a lie. They (dispatch) will tell you if you do not take the load then you will not have a job when you get back to the office. They will force a driver to run ILLEGAL!!!
I can NOT count how many times I had to change my log book so I could keep running. I know that at one point in time I had run approx 5100-5200 mile in one week!!! Then when you get in they will tell YOU when you are going out not having any regards to what you have to do at home. They say that are a family orientated company but I would say all they are worried to make a quick buck off of driver.
They also will trash a drivers DAC report so they can not go to another company. I have heard this from many many many different drivers. And then you end up back at them because you can not find another job. This last time I have been lucky that I did find another this time before they were able to trash my DAC report. OOIDA is aware of this company and have had numerous complaints on them. They have numerous class action lawsuits against them right now that I understand.
The only advice that I have for any drivers that is considering going to work for this company is don't walk but RUN, RUN as fast as you can away and DO NOT do to this company!!!!

i went through the same thing.i ask what the baloon pay off would be.they said hey there is no balloon.the truck is yors after 36 months.they dont tell you that there is matience payoff.so in reality there is a very small chance you will ever own the truck,my contract was not reniewd for the samething,i took a restart!!the load had to be resculded one day.im an excon all they had to was say bust yor a** to get it there and it would of got there...i recived no pay the pay went to matience.christmas time not a dime to my name.theses ppl get kicks out of playing with ppls lives...the game is almost over
